'One Day One Goal'

One Day One Goal' campaign encourages football matches to be played in every member state of the United Nations on Peace Day, Sunday 21 September 2008. Each match will celebrate cooperation, unity and the power of football to bring people together.

Peace Day is not just about war between nations, it is also about the violence in our homes, communities, schools, and towards our environment. As such it relates to every human being on the planet. Peace One Day aims to inspire young people to become the driving force behind the vision of a united and sustainable world.
